About Murfreesboro Concrete Lifting

We are a locally owned concrete lifting company based in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. We do one thing: raise and stabilize concrete with high-density polyurethane. We do not pour driveways, we do not sell replacement, and we do not subcontract your job to whoever is available.

Why we only do polyurethane

Rutherford County sits on Central Basin limestone with shallow, expansive clay above it. That soil profile does two things to concrete: it swells and shrinks every season, and it develops karst voids over time as water moves through the rock. Add the deep, often poorly compacted backfill left behind by twenty-five years of rapid subdivision growth, and slab settlement here is not an occasional problem — it is the default outcome.

Mudjacking answers that with a heavy cement slurry that weighs roughly fifty times more than our polymer. On soil that has already failed under load, adding weight is how a repair re-settles. Closed-cell polyurethane weighs almost nothing, does not absorb groundwater, cures in fifteen minutes, and goes in through holes a quarter the size. For our soils, it is not a preference — it is the correct engineering choice.

• A warranty in writing. Lifetime materials warranty against re-settlement of the lifted slab. If it drops, we come back.
